GRIFFIN WYATT HENDERSON Breathing heavily, he ran - oh God, how he ran. His powerful hind legs carrying him swiftly through the forest, finally bounding out from the trees and landing gracefully. He looked both ways as he reached the street (hey, even in his wolf form, he wanted to be safe), and then padded quickly across, his tail stiff. He glanced up at the bright quarter moon, surrounded by millions of tiny stars. Blinking, he glanced back down, keeping an eye out for where he was going. His black pelt glistened in the moonlight as he reached the alley.
He began morphing slowly, and within a few seconds, he was standing upright at 6 feet, on two legs, and in his normal - well, for the most part - form. He twirled his lighter around his fingers, slipping a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and picking one. He lit it, bring it to his mouth and inhaling.
Giving his head a shake, he gazed out at the road in front of him, wondering who he might meet tonight. He didn't have many friends in Simbol, nor did any of his family live here. He closed his eyes, leaning against the brick wall and exhaling. The cloud of smoke vanished quickly and he was left to stand in silence.

JOURNEY ELOISE MCDUFF Journey had silently been tracking this werewolf boy. He wasn't a man. He didn't seem that much older than she was but he looked like one of those guys whom trouble followed. She watched his light his cigarette and grimaced in distaste. Oh how she hated those things and with her heightened senses the scent was even stronger. Usually she thought that she didn't look like the typical 'vampire' that humans expected. She didn't even think she looked like the typical vampire for Simbol, either. Sure she had the typical model good looks but she liked to flatter herself thinking that maybe she didn't stand out quite as much as some vampires did.
She was peering at him from behind a building, making sure to hide herself in the shadows. He had been running, but she had kept up easily and had barely broken a sweat. She kept herself fit. Hopefully he won't smell me through all that horrid odor, she prayed silently to herself.
At first there hadn't been any reason whatsoever to follow him but she had plainly because she was curious. If worse came to worse, she was probably stronger than he was, anyhow. Then, he'd had to go light that stupid fag which was clogging up her senses. Now she was just annoyed and determined to snatch that thing away from him and stomp it into the ground.

He enjoyed silence a little bit more than he probably should have. Having time alone, to think about life - gosh, he sounded too much like a philosopher. With a sigh, he put away this thoughts, instead concentrating on his surroundings. It was rather dark, though with the combination of his raptor vision and the bright moonlight pouring down onto the alleyway, he could see fairly well. And he could hear...
He could hear the delicate footsteps. He looked up quickly to see the girl, a quick glance before he shifted his gaze. And the small; oh, god, it was a vampire. Disgusting. He threw the cigarette on to the ground, stepping on it with one foot and then shoving his hands into his pockets. He made his way over to the end of the alley, calling out, "Who's there?"

Journey frowned. Dammit, so he had heard her. She was still at this new 'stealthy, stalking vampire thing.' She hadn't even been a vampire for a whole year, yet and she was still getting used to the stronger senses and faster reflexes which made her abnormally clumsy for a vampire girl. She stayed silent, knowing that he could smell her anyways but intentionally crashed a trash can, hoping that maybe he would get at least a little bit freaked. Hopefully he hadn't caught a glance of her face, stupid werewolf night vision. Of course, it came in handy when vamps could see in the dark but with were's it was only annoying and unfortunate.]
Just in case he decided to come over and check, she silently jumped onto the roof of the building that she was hiding behind and peered over the edged to get a good look at him. She could see that if he was a vampire, he would probably be pretty cute and she decided that it was too bad that he was a dog instead.

He let out a quiet yet indimidating growl as the girl disappeared. "Shit," he muttered under his breath, not taking even a second to begin running after her. But when he turned the corner, she was no longer there. Where did that little pest go? He cursed to himself, glancing behind him, to his left and right and then - he looked up. Without a second thought, he used the trees beside the low building to hoist himself up, darting onto the roof and narrowing his eyes as the dark figure of the girl came into sight.
"What the hell are you doing, stalking me?" he questioned her bitterly, slowly approaching her with his arms crossed over his chest. He hated vampires enough, especially this one - if they stayed away from him, he was fine with it. If they followed him or tried to interact, though... well, that was a different story. He already had enough trouble with Matt.

Journey laughed with no humor, "Only a mutt like you could think something so flattering to yourself. Are you kidding me? I'm using you for hunting practice, dog," she said, practically hissing her words. Of course, she wouldn't drink from him. Werewolf blood was too repulsing even for her, who hadn't had anybody to drink from in almost a week. Her stupid parents made them catch their own food since they didn't want any dead humans around her younger brothers before they had been changed. That was so stupid. They might as well get used to it now if they were expected to kill someone three years from now. You'd think vampires would have less standards.
She crossed her arms over her chest and stood up nearly straight examining him and whether or not he would actually try to attack her. He had surprised her already when he'd thought to look up on the roof, would the mutt surprise her again tonight? She thought not. After all, he was only a dog.

"Really now?" Griffin replied with a chuckle to himself, his eyes traveling over her. She was slim, like a vampire should be. She was pale, like a vampire should be. She was quick on her feet and witty with her words, like a vampire should be. "And damn, she's hot..." he didn't continue with the 'like a vampire should be' thing after he realized he had said that allowed. Just great.
He didn't say anything else, instead feeling his cheeks become hot. He lowered his gaze, shoving his hands into his pockets and avoiding her gaze. Hey, it was true - she was. And yes, she had Lucinda, but that was a different story. She would never find out if anything happened between - wait, what was he thinking? This girl was a vampire. He was supposed to hate vampires. He was supposed to hate her... Oh, shit.

Journey chuckled, "Oh, hot then am I? And here I thought you hated me. You certainly looked like you did a second ago," she cocked an eyebrow at him. Hm... she thought to herself, maybe this one will be useful for more than just target practice. Wait, what was she thinking? Her parents would kill her if they found out he had sex with a... Well, they don't have to find out now, do they? the little devil in her head thought. Damn, and he was pretty hot too. Come on! This wasn't fair! No one had told her about how her prey was going to be so... gorgeous!
Before she knew what she was doing, she walked towards him so that they were only inches away. She leaned over towards his ear so that she was practically rubbing herself against him and whispered, "Well you know what? You're pretty hot yourself, for a mutt," she smirked.

"Well, how could I ever hate something as sexy as this?" he murmured in confusion, tilting his head slightly to the side and grinning a small grin. He looked at her from the side, narrowing his eyes in playful suspicion.
He paused, freezing in place for a moment. "You know, I have a girlfriend, I really shouldn't..." One more glance at the girl in front of him made him forget everything and return to the horny boy he was right now. His hand on her waist and working south on her shorts, he pulled her closer, his lips only about a half an inch away from hers. "If anyone asks, this is only very instense hunting," he murmured, chuckling quietly.

Oh, yummy and now she was being a bad influence on him too. This night only kept getting better and better. She wrapped her leg around his shin pulling herself closer to them so that their whole body touched all over. She breathed him in and smelled cigarettes and dog, both of which she really hated but right now she loved. She pressed her lips against his jaw, working her way up his neck before taking a breath. She chuckled at his words, "'Course it is, hun," she murmured. For her this was still a hunt... just a hunt for something totally different that she had been looking for.
She pressed her hips closer to his, hoping to influence him to stop her waiting and yet, she could have kissed him by now but she didn't. Somehow it felt more like she was ruining his relationship by doing so but if he kissed her first that would be completely on him. Huh, so she was a vampire with morals like most of the others. Who'd have thunk it?

Well, he certainly was happy that she was willing to go along with this. With a moment of hesitation - he hated being like this when he was with Lucinda, but he really couldn't help himself. Plus, she had gone with Matt behind his back plenty of times - he paused, shaking his head. After a few seconds, her turned back to the girl, their lips still only a small distance away. "I'm gonna need your name, beautiful," he murmured before closing the gap and his eyes as well.
He pulled away after a few seconds, her taste lingering in his mouth. "This situation sure did change pretty quickly," he whisipered, his body pressed up against her as he trailed his lips down her neck. "How about we take this to my house?"

"Name's Journey. You know, like the band?" she chuckled and tipped his head so that she was kissing him again, this time letting her tongue slip into his mouth. After a few seconds she pulled away, "This has changed around so sure, you can lead me there or we can just... stay here for a little while longer," she pressed her lips against his once more, closing her eyes and not wanting to have to pull away.
It was at this point that her mind came to a screeching halt. Wait, what? No, she was enjoying this way more than she was supposed to. This... kissing this mutt, wasn't supposed to feel like this, like something she'd never felt before. She wasn't sure what the feeling was, but she liked it and so she knew she had to push away from him.
She broke the kiss and let go of him suddenly, turning around so that this guy couldn't see her face. For God's sakes she didn't even know his name! Well, she couldn't ask him after that. She crossed her arms across her chest and thought about what she should do. On one hand, she could barely keep herself from jumping into his arms and kissing him until his lips were swollen but on the other she was... scared, if she could admit it to herself. She was scared that she felt too much for this mutt and that was dangerous for both of them.

A chuckle quietly rolled out of his throat as he replied. "I do know the band," he murmured, his hand gently touching her cheek. He breathed in her scent; though it should have been disgusting to him, being a werewolf and all, and her being a vampire, somehow she really didn't smell that... bad. Her vampire scent was, at the moment, almost comforting to him. That is, until she decided to break away from the kiss and take a step back. He did the same, raising an eyebrow at her in question. She couldn't even see him right now - her back was facing him.
With a regretful sigh, he took a step towards her so that he was now standing behind her, and he put his hands on her waist. He held her there, gently but knowing that if she tried to escape, she probably couldn't. "I don't know who you are, and I know this is wrong," he began in a whisper to her ear, pausing and trailing a kiss down her neck. "But you are absolutely amazing." He wasn't sure why he was saying this; yes, she was pretty damn gorgeous. But what happened to all those feelings for Lucinda? He still had them, he knew it. Then why would he be doing this? He finally decided it was because he had a little bit too much to drink.
Releasing her from his grasp, he stepped away from her, darting for the edge of the building. "896 Fletcher Complex, babe!" he called out to her right before he carefully jumped off the low roof, landing practically without a sound. And with that, he glanced up one last time, and then made his way towards the apartment.

Journey sighed as heard him yell out his aparment complex and number. She was trying to decide what was best for her to do. On one hand, she was feeling pretty hot and bothered after that intense encounter with the werewolf. On the other, she knew that she really shouldn't. It was against shouldn't do anything with him. It was against every law of physics and a few that her parents had taught her.
After much thinking, she decided that she would go visit him. She decided to take her time with it though, because she really wasn't wearing anything that would be called 'sexy' under her clothes, she decided to go on a small shopping spree. Surprisingly, there was a Victoria Secret that was still open. She went inside and ended up buying some purple lingerie that pushed up her boobs well and didn't leave much to the imagination.
After making her purchase, she changed her undergarments in a dark alley and started towards his apartment complex and made it there within minutes. She let herself into the apartment silently, hoping that he might be in the shower so that she could possibly surprise him with her arrival. Meanwhile, she scanned the apartment quickly and searched for his bedroom.
