done what she did. She sympathized for people like her, and only drank from the low-life scum people tried to keep out of Simbol. In a way, she was doing good for the community. Getting rid of the bad, like how ladybugs eat spiders or something like that. Or, if she needed blood and couldn't find anyone like that, she just took a bit, so they only passed out. This time, though, she didn't care about who or what she was killing, but within moments the girl was dead. As Stella came back to her regular self- the blood making her feel better- she couldn't believe what she had done. For moments, she just stood there, looking at the body. She couldn't feel any emotion, she just knew one thing for sure. She knew that she was an absolute monster. With that, she took a large gulp of air, stuck her hands in her pockets and walked away, disgusted by herself.[/ul]

Adrian felt like he should be disgusted. Any other time he would be, but for some reason he couldn't hate this girl for some reason. After all, it wasn't her fault that she survived on blood. He decided that maybe she was just too pretty for her own good.
As soon as he knew that she'd left the area, and hopefully smelling distance too, he got out of the water and washed his feet off again before deciding to find the nearest drug store for a bandaid or something. He found one, but by the time he got there the blood that was still on his toes was dry. Hopefully that would be fine for Vampira (as he decided to call her since he hadn't caught her name), because he decided to go find her.
When he finally managed to find her, she was just walking away from the corpse of the teenage girl. He followed her silently as she stuck her hands in her pockets and walked off. He didn't think he needed to announce himself. By now he'd figured that she already knew he was there. Regardless, he walked up closer to her and tapped her shoulder. "Hi," he said, falling in place along side her.

"You're not. In fact, you're one of the prettiest girls I know," Adrian smirked but then let the cocky charade drop. "Seriously though, you're not hideous. I know you didn't want to kill that girl because if things like that didn't matter to you, you could have just killed me easily back at the beach," he said, trying to comfort her. He wrapped his arm around her waist while they walked.
She might think she was a monster, but he surely didn't. She couldn't help what she was. Sure, maybe she'd wanted to be a vampire but he knew people that had been changed into vampires without knowing what exactly they would become and how much power blood would have over them. So, he thought that if he could accept himself for who he was, she could learn to do that eventually, too. He hoped.

Stella paused, "Why did you care?" She asked, feeling vulnerable for the first time since she didn't know when. She wasn't one of those fragile girls, Stella was strong. She didn't need anybody, ever. Or at least, she thought so. (short. >.<)[/ul]

"You looked so upset with yourself back at the beach and I figured you needed a friend and even though we don't know each other really, I thought maybe I could suffice," Adrian explained with a shrug. That was mostly the reason why he had come to find her. The other reasons were his own for now and he wasn't really in the mood to share them with her.
Adrian was pretty much the opposite of her, it seemed. He trusted everybody until they couldn't be trusted, rather than the other way around. He was a very easy-going person too, and thought that people, even undead, deserved to have a second chance.

to come find me. It just doesn't add up," She then bit her lip nervously. The girl sincerely didn't know why he even bothered with her. Most people just saw how critical and opinionated she was and moved on. No one ever bothered with Stella unless they wanted something from her, or were afraid of her. Which led to the question- was he put up to it, or had she actually met someone who didn't mind her psychotic ways? She couldn't tell, and what was worse was that she really really hoped he was real. A crack of lightening then lit up the sky as large raindrops began falling down one by one. [/ul]

Before she could say anything else, he pulled her around in front of him with his arm that was around her waist, and pressed his lips to hers. He let his lips linger on hers for a couple seconds before coming up for a breath. "Has anyone ever told you that you think things through too much?" he said huskily with a small grin.
He looked away from her for a moment and up at the sky when he heard the thunder and felt the rain drops pelting his head. He smiled and opened his mouth in time to catch one before closing it and returning his gaze to her.

She breathed quickly, standing on her toes, and wrapping her arms around his neck, closing her eyes and the gap between them with the same electric feel. Just then did she realize that it was down-pouring around them. Though, there is a big difference between the words 'realize' and 'care'.[/ul]

Adrian chuckled and deepened the kiss further by adding a little tongue. Right now it hardly seemed like he'd just met this girl. Seriously, he didn't even know her name. And with that startling realization, he pulled away only slightly so that their lips were centimeters away to ask her, "Um... I don't think I caught your name," he smirked.
Meanwhile, in his mind, his thoughts were going wild. God, this girl was a good kisser! She kissed passionately and when their lips met he could feel an electric buzz go through them. At the moment though, he had no idea what the tingly feeling was, but later in the evening maybe he would figure it out.

She whispered, smirking and taking in his scent. Something that usually would have kept her far, far away. A scent that now, because of the moment, seemed like the best thing in the world. She closed her eyes and breathed it in. "And yours?" She asked, keeping her head where it was while running her fingers back and forth on his shoulders.[/ul]

"Adrian," he smirked. "Nice to meet you," he greeted ironically right before leaning down to kiss her. He wrapped both arms around her waist and was about to trail his hands down and put them in her back pockets when he heard his stomach growl. He'd completely forgotten how hungry he was.
"Dammit," he muttered, pulling away from her again. "You don't mind if we grab that bite to eat now, do you?" he smiled and kept her hand held in his even though he had backed away so that it was easier to talk without being tempted to kiss her again.

"Great," Adrian grinned and started walking towards the mall where there was a Ruby Tuesdays. He felt his mouth water just at the thought of consuming any kind of beef. He tried to refrain himself from drooling in front of Stella. How embarrassing would that be? Just because he was part ancient tiger didn't give him any excuse to be gross.
He was soaking wet by now from the rain and was almost shivering. So, he dropped her hand and wrapped his arm around her waist again, bringing her closer to him.
