biography // Brytt's life is...well...unique.
His mother died in childbirth with his twin sister (who also died shortly thereafter), leaving him motherless for the first few years of his life. His father never remarried, but did have many short relationships--that's where his brother, Terrance, "came from." Brytt and Terrance--who are separted by three years of age--have always been somewhat close. The do get in a large amount of...disagreements, however.
They've always competed to be the highest on the pedestal in their father's eyes. Their father, of course, could care less about either of the "little rats," and often left them with babysitters or with one of his weird girlfriends. At age ten, Brytt began to notice something was "up" with one of their neighbors.
He was your classic spooky old guy who lived in the classic spooky house. At the time, seven year old Terry cried whenever they went near it. But as the boys got older, they noticed the old man...didn't. He didn't seem to age, didn't seem to die any faster. And this guy looked ancient--so, naturally, the two were confused.
On his nineteenth birthday (Halloween, actually), daring Brytt Nobel dragged Terry Nobel (who tended to be a wuss) into the old man's house when the old man wasn't home. Brytt always had--and always would be--incredibly brave and daring. So of course he entered this house now with no fear and even a smile on his face. But things went wrong right about then.
As the brothers were exploring the house, the old man secretly came back. He knew the two were there, and waited until he had them cornered to make his attack. He was a vampire.
The boys were terrified when they realized he had--because they had trespassed onto his property--turned them, too, into vampires. Terry, being the one who didn't believe in such things, told Brytt that now he had no life, (and what life he did have literally sucked) before running away.
Brytt stayed at home and hid his new secret for as long as possible. When it came time that his father found out, he was disgraced, confused, and disgust, casting Brytt out almost immediately. Distraught and lonely, Brytt wandered to Simbol in hopes of finding Terry.
{hope it's a'ight that I'm half-using the form! if not, I will do it over.}
