Dammit, how could he forget again?
Rush lay back on the bench as he stared down at the dewy green grass beneath his feet. A couple of weeks ago he'd made a bet with one of the bartenders, Race, that his Meerkat form could run further than his vampire form—God, what was he thinking?—and the winner would either get some lost blood (that would come from Rush) or a heck of a lot of apple cider (hey, Rush liked that stuff). In order to keep his skin from getting punctured, he decided to stall off and say he had this pint of blood he'd been given by one of his psychotic friends from their junior high years. Whether he still had it or not was a very good question...
Oh well, might as well have fun while he could. With that in mind, Rush looked around for anyone that would be fun to pull a nice little prank on. Not that he could do anything more than maybe pants them (oh, glorious fun), but hey, it was pure joy. Nobody seemed very susceptible to any pantsing, though, to the rizaki's misfortune. Maybe it would be best to pull out his bass and try to gain a few bucks from the few bass fans out there. Yeah, that would be a decent idea. Rush stood up and began walking towards the apartment complex, but slowly, just in case a potential victim came along before he'd actually exited the park.
